Registration & Reunion Costs

The committee would appreciate registration as soon as you can so we can formalise the locations we will require for the number attending the reunion.
You will require a registration form for each participant.

Reunion Costs
The costs have been established so that there is only one fee per person. The hotels are formulated on a per person twin share price so if you want a single room you will have to advise so a single fee can be applied.

The costs include your registration fee package, hotel accommodation with breakfasts, transfers, tour costs, entrance fees, 3 lunches, 6 dinners a drink package, entertainment, boat and hydrofoil, paypal fees.

Not included are your, airfares to and from Vietnam, Visa, Passport, Travel Insurance, spending money, tips, medical supplies (medications) plus other incidentals.

The basic price is 2 star hotels at USD$595.00 per person twin share through to around USD$980.00 for some 4 star hotels.
