Registration & Reunion Costs

The committee would appreciate registration as soon as you can so we can formalise the locations we will require for the number attending the reunion.
You will require a registration form for each participant.
Reunion Costs
The costs have been established so that there is only one fee per person. The hotels are formulated on a per person twin share price so if you want a single room you will have to advise so a single fee can be applied.
The costs include your registration fee package, hotel accommodation with breakfasts, transfers, tour costs, entrance fees, 3 lunches, 6 dinners a drink package, entertainment, boat and hydrofoil, paypal fees.
Not included are your, airfares to and from Vietnam, Visa, Passport, Travel Insurance, spending money, tips, medical supplies (medications) plus other incidentals.
The basic price is 2 star hotels at USD$495.00 per person twin share standard through to USD$795.00 for 4 star hotels deluxe.
About the hotels:
2 Star
The Ky Hoa Hotel or similar in Saigon is in District 10 and will be where we will have Registration, the get together in the evening and the Corps Dinner. It is the former Free World Building in Saigon where 110 Sig Sqn had its detachment. It is surrounded by gardens, tennis courts and coffee shops within its grounds.
In Vung Tau the 2 star Hotel will be the Sammy Hotel on Back Beach beside the former Peter Badcoe Club and the Harold E Hold swimming pool (since gone). All rooms have windows with the deluxe having ocean views. It is a small drive to the functions and main venues but transport is included in the price.
3 Star
In Saigon, we are using the, all suite, Saigon Chancery Hotel in District 3 almost opposite the Presidential Palace and a short walk into the main part of Saigon and the markets. They have a very good rate for the reunion for which we are grateful.
In Vung Tau the Rex Hotel will be the hotel we are using as it has a great pool area where we hold hold a pool party on the first night there. There are many bars around the hotel. Short walk to the Flags area and the grand Hotel.
4 Star
In Saigon and Vung Tau we are using the Grand Hotels. In Saigon the Grand is on Dong Khoi Street (formally Tu Do Street - street of bars) and is in the heart of Saigon's District 1 with many boutique shops and great bars and restaurants.
In Vung Tau the directors of the Grand Hotel have gone out of their way to accommodate us and you can even stay in suites for a little extra. One veteran told me he had had his honeymoon in in the Grand Hotel way back in the dark ages. The Farewell Dinner will also be held at the Grand.

Payment of Reunion fees,Tours (if applicable) and any additional memoribilia is required to be booked and paid before 30th June, 2009.
